Everyone will have ONE lesson on the first afternoon
Whichever lesson you picked on booking (FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS ON EXTRA LESSONS AS LIMITED SPACES)

(You may arrive at somerford earlier to do the farm ride if you wish however this is not included in the cost and must be pre booked direct with Somerford Park. You must also park down by the office until 12)
Everyone will have TWO lessons on the second day
SJ lesson with John Thornton
and
Pole & Grid lesson with David Llewellyn
Everyone will have ONE lesson on the last day
XC lesson with John Thornton
(You may not be riding until the afternoon this will be confirmed nearer the time once the timetable has been finished. I cannot reserve early lesson for anyone so please avoid asking me. However if you are on later in the day this will give you some time to do the farm ride if you wish (must be booked and paid direct with somerford)
Jumping heights available – 50/60, 60/70, 70/80, 80/90, 90/100
*Please note lessons will start from 1pm on arrival day*
*Please check with Yasmin first if you wish to bring a Stallion*
*Up to date Body Protectors and skull caps MUST BE WORN for XC*
*You must have your own riding insurance and a copy must be supplied on camp arrival*
*All horse MUST be vaccinated within 12 months and passports will be checked on arrival*
*If under 18 Please contact Yasmin prior to booking. Any bookings made without may be cancelled*
Total cost – £340.00 (Please see FAQ below for payment info, payment dates and info on split payments)
Deposit £70.00 None Refundable deposit (due on booking, please read T&C)
Join the waitlist to be emailed when seats becomes available
Stabling, Haylage and 2 x shavings (can buy more if required)
All meals for the duration of the camp (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Four lessons with experienced coaches and facility hire for lessons (not farmride)
Pavillion with toilet and GOOD hot showers
Some extra activities are included - Weigh bridge & Feed advice, Bingo, Quiz Night, Equissage pulse demo & Course walk/Fence talk.
Other extras are available at extra cost.
At time of booking you will be required to pay a deposit of £70 ( The deposit is non refundable and not transferable to another camp - please ensure you select the correct camp date and jump height at time of booking to avoid disappointment).
After deposit the remaining balance will be £270.
You can pay this in full - 10weeks before (Due on 19/03/2024)
Or you can pay in two payments;
1st Payment £140 - 10 weeks before (Due on 19/03/2024)
2nd Payment £130 - 6 weeks before (Due on 16/04/2024)
All payments after booking will be handled by YH Equestrian. They will be in touch to secure the remaining balance of your booking on the above dates.
