If you are unable to attend camp please let me know ASAP by using the cancellation form below.

If you are unable to attend due to a lame horse / rider illness or injury you must inc in your email a valid vets/doctors certificate for horse/rider. If your space is FILLED you will receive a credit note to rebook at a later date less a £30 admin fee.

If you are unable to attend due to any other reason your full deposit will be lost. If your space is FILLED all other monies paid will be given a credit note to use at a later date.

The sooner you inform me the more likely I am to fill the space which means you are more likely to receive a credit note. If you leave it last minute I will be unable to fill the space and this means monies will be lost.

I do try my very best to fill your spaces!
